Can you retain a customer that is on the verge of churning? Our Save Campaign feature is designed to help you do just that. When a user initiates an unsubscribe from your service, you can offer an incentive for them to remain a customer at a reduced price.
Previously available for Aptitude customers for a while, we have now extended support for this feature to Cleeng.
This feature is currently available on the Web platform only.
In Cleeng, you can assign a coupon code to offer specifically for users who attempt to cancel. To set this up, create a campaign and a coupon, then apply the coupon and messaging to each offer where you’d like to provide a “save campaign” discount. This allows you to strategically retain users by offering targeted incentives during the cancellation process.
In Cleeng, create a coupon campaign applicable on Subscription Offers, with eligibility “only existing subscriptions”.
Select the number of billing periods the discount should apply to, and then enter the discount percentage applicable to the offer.
To set up this feature in Cleeng:
For each offer where the save campaign discount should apply, several custom parameters will need to be configured. Existing customers can find the specific values for these parameters in the Accedo One Customer Guide (login required).
Only standard subscription offers are eligible for a save campaign coupon; subscriptions already using a coupon code will not qualify for a save campaign discount.
You can also upload a background image for the Save Campaign screen. To do this, go to Configuration > Features > Buy On Web in the Accedo One admin tool.
