As an Accedo One user with a Web app, you’re likely familiar with the process of requesting updates to your web footer through the product team, often accompanied by waiting times for the changes to be implemented.
This has changed - you now can update your footer links instantly by logging into the Accedo One admin tool.
To create or update footer items, navigate to Configuration > Navigation > Web Footer in the admin tool. Here, you’ll find four primary configuration menus, available in the languages enabled for your service.
In this menu, you can create columns of footer links, such as a section labeled "Company" containing links to your "About Us" page or support center.
If you need to delete a section or item, select it and click the trash can icon in the bottom-left corner of the menu.
This menu lets you add and delete links to the supported social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
Again, you can change the order of your social media links by dragging and dropping.
This menu lets you add static text on the left and right bottom line of your footer. This section will typically be used for copyright disclaimers and contact emails.
Simply navigate to the respective section in the footer settings to customize the text as needed.
The footer logo displayed on your web app is managed under Design > Brand > Logo in the Accedo One Admin tool. For quick access, you’ll find a direct link to this menu.
