External links to leverage partnership opportunities

Most are aware that Accedo One allows the addition of external links within various sections of the app, typically used to direct users to related locations such as corporate websites or internal stores. 

However, this feature can also be leveraged to generate additional revenue by selling sponsored links to partner websites - offering a new avenue for monetization.

What does an external link look like? 

An external link in your app appears just like any other piece of content. However, when a user clicks on it, it opens a new tab (on web), a webview (on mobile), or displays a QR code (on TV) that links to the external website.

Where can I add external links? 

External links can be added to any regular content container. Simply go to your Content Manager tool in Accedo One and click 'Add a new navigation item.' From there, select 'External,' input the destination URL, and upload a thumbnail image to represent the link."

You can then place the external link into any content container alongside other items in your app's interface.
