Enhancements to Accedo One Insights

The vision for Accedo One Insights is to offer a user-friendly, one-stop dashboard that provides a comprehensive view of your service’s performance—delivering all the data you need to identify what’s working and make adjustments when necessary.

With this goal in mind, we are continuously enhancing the platform’s functionality to provide even deeper insights into your service.

This summer, we introduced three enhancements to the portal:

In-depth data for all your content

For a while, you have already been able to access detailed data for your top 10 videos - now we've expanded this functionality.  With the addition of the new "Videos" tab, you can view in-depth analytics for all your content: including videos, shows, live streams, seasons, and episodes.

In the overview screen, you'll see high-level metrics such as views and hours watched for your top-performing content. You can also search for specific content and filter by content type or timeframes.

Plus, by clicking on any piece of content, you can drill down into more detailed data.

Insights for shows 

You will already be familiar with accessing detailed views for your top 10 videos by clicking on a thumbnail on the “Overview” page. You'll be pleased to know we've now extended this functionality to shows as well.

In addition to viewing hours watched and total views for a show, you can now also dive deeper into this data for individual seasons and episodes—offering a comprehensive understanding of the performance and popularity of each component of the show.

New date selector 

Previously, date selection options were restricted to the current day, the past week, or the past month - offering a quick snapshot, but limiting your view to recent performance. 

With our latest update, we’ve introduced a flexible date selector, enabling you to analyze data for any specific day, week, month, or year.

This enhancement makes it easier to track the long-term evolution of your service and its content - providing a solid foundation for refining your content strategy.
