A new user subscribed to your OTT service—fantastic! But how do you engage them right away, considering their varied goals and familiarity with the service?
Accedo One offers a flexible Purchase Success Screen, allowing you to configure up to three call-to-action buttons alongside the default “Continue” button. These buttons can be reordered to match your desired user flow, providing more navigation options and a tailored experience. Additionally, you can set a custom background image to seamlessly integrate with your branding.
The Purchase Success Screen supports three types of page links to suit your business and user needs:
Text Configuration:
To amend the text on the page, including the “Continue” button label, use the Dictionary function in Accedo One Admin.
Custom Background Image:
Set a dedicated background image for the purchase success screen by navigating to Accedo One Admin > Configuration > Design > Background Images > Purchase Success Screen.
Button Configuration:
To set up additional buttons, go to Accedo One Admin > Configuration > Navigation > Purchase Success. Here, you’ll see a preview of your setup on the right and the button configurator on the left.
To add a new button, click on “New” and provide a label and destination for your button.
To reorder the buttons, drag and drop the buttons in the button configurator to change their order, including the default “Continue” button.
To remove a custom button, click the edit icon for the button you want to remove, then click the trash can icon to delete it.
