Better visibility with Audit Trail

When multiple editors in your organization manage content in Accedo One Editor, keeping track of changes can become challenging - resulting in redundant work or conflicts.

Our Audit Trail addresses this issue by facilitating coordination among editors. With the Audit Trail, each editor can quickly see who made the last modification and when it was done. If there are questions about recent changes, subsequent editors can easily reach out for clarification or discussion, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

How does this work in practice? 

In the top right corner of each Browse page in Editor, you can see a timestamp that includes: 

• The date and time when the page was last published.  
• The name of the user who last published the page. 

The time is displayed according to each individual user’s time zone.
