For existing customers

A fully featured additional content source 

1. No integration required

Not all businesses rely on an OVP to manage their video catalogue, and with the external video import, you don’t have to. All you need is a URL to a JSON file that follows a predefined structure, and Accedo One will fetch and update your catalog regularly. 

2. Full support of content types and metadata

We support a broad range of content types, including videos, TV shows and live streams. In addition to all metadata, assets such as subtitles, images, and ads are supported. DRM and tokenization are currently NOT part of this capability. 

3. Combine data sources

Already integrated with an OVP but need to supplement your catalog? The external video import function lets you blend content from multiple sources. For example, you can use an OVP for part of your catalogue while importing additional content through the external feed.

4. User-friendly setup

Even without technical expertise, you can prepare your JSON file using tools like Excel. Simply structure your content in a spreadsheet, convert it to JSON, and share the file URL with Accedo One. Need help? Our team can create the file for you at an additional cost.
